We were informed back in the spring that the city would be tearing up our back yards and replacing the sewer. The plan was initially put in place and was supposed to be completed at the beginning of summer. Because of some hold outs the project was postponed. The did manage to get it started and finished before our first snowfall. They made a real racket digging during our school hours but we enjoyed visiting with the workers and learning about the process.
